Reed spacers… 62t yes or no

Hi Guys,
Building a 780 85.5mm 61x cylinder 62t cases Fully ported and epoxied with 44 carbs and rrp ninja pipe.

should I run a reed spacer plate? Seems like all the work to add epoxy to the inlet to reduce the crankcase volume would be lost.

Reed spacer pulls the petals away from the turbulence of the spinning crank. Angled spacer directs the flow up towards the transfers. Adds crankcase volume which is and advantage or disadvantage depending on what you're trying to get or who you ask

I run them as I like to increase the case area
The work with epoxy is not to reduce the volume but to take shield the crank windage

I agree! Just say "NO" to reed stuffers and Outerwears.
