Other Removing water spots???

Anyone know how to remove water spots? My engine head has them pretty bad. Tried CLR but does not work.

Honda polish or a rubbing compound. I got a used head and it had some nasty stuff cakes up, used a polishing rag and some turtle wax rubbing compound.

I just tried some water spot remover from "Ducky" on my hull and to my surprise it worked pretty well. Don't know how it would do on the engine.
