US composite is what I use most of time, West systems 406 filler is Collodial silica or Cabosil which is available from US composites as well, much much cheaper than West systems.. West systems 410 microlite is basically the same as US composires phenolic microballons filler, you can clamp it or what I do sometimes is cut 2x2's to fit inside and put pressure on the repair by forcing the stick in and against the opposite side of the ski, you can put in as many of these sticks as necessary.
I would use high denaity filler (cabosil mixed with epoxy, I would also go with 4:1 epoxy this time of year so it will kick on off and not run everywhere. depending on location and how large an area you are dealing with you can mix the epoxy and cabosil with cabosil , stuff it into a large cattle syringe and fill it in from the inside, you can also drill small holes to inject the resin mixture from the inside, mix in some black dye if you like so it won't be that noticible.
Clamp it up and let it cure.
