Rickter edge plate and intake grate Q's

what plate and grate r u guys out there riding ? Doesn't seem like there are too many options besides the ninja and worx. I'm mostly lake riding using a boat with a surf system for a wave. I have a worx 201 and rrp carbon plate. Any suggestions ?

Also, I love aftermarket add ons. Anything out there that is a must?
