Seems like they're cranking out quite a few hulls, but I don't see that many out and about. Where do they all go? I realize they're worldwide, but with that facility and that many workers I'm guessing they make 10-15 a month or 120 to 180 per year. And they started production of a few hulls at least 5 years ago.
What about the gel coat and the epoxy resin; I thought they weren't compatible. Obviously I'm mistaken?

I caught that too. Apparently gelcoat will mechanically bond to epoxy when the resin and hardener mixture are absolutely perfect?

It doesn't explain how it works when the gelcoat is layed first in the mold though.
