I ran only straps on a couple of my skis. Worked just fine for me. I like rolling and flipping in surf stance. I’m kinda bummed you didn’t use black turf. The white just seems a little off to me but it’s your ski. If you like it that’s all that matters

Me either. If there is no bypass before it the water pressure will just hold it open all the time and fill the exhaust with water

It’s just a pisser under the turf. I wanted to test it before I place the valve. My pissers are at the back of the ski. I placed them back there so it would be easier to see and feel if something wasn’t running right
