Greetings! Beautiful ski. U can't go wrong with Rickter.

If I lived in weather like that 3/4 of the year I would die a quick death! I live in the SE U.S. and it still gets too cool for me. South Florida is my utopia. 75*+ yearly.

Post some good ride pics/vids if you're injuries are healed.

It's a bit stiff to be honest. Due to the fact that the trim tube comes out from the right side and goes to the left side on the trim makes it a bit hard to hit that trim lever (you need 2-3 fingers). I have adjusted it so that when the pole is close to the hood (usually just before lauching backflips etc) it's not that stiff.

Just ordered a new trim lever, more specific the H20 trim lever. Let's see if it makes a difference compared to the blowsion trim lever that is installed at this time.

I got a DASA SS 850, same as yours with MSD TL, dual 49FS and PFP. First i a 24kg lenzi carbon sj style hull (144 solas mag) then a BOB G3 carbon 41kg hull (144 solos mag) and finally i my KDX carbon 26kg hull this time with a OEM 155 pump. I felt the same difference, as going from a b pipe to a PFP :)

What do you think of the DASA engine, or more specific how does the engine perform? Have you had any issues with it or is it more of a "bulletproof"-type of engine?

Regarding the pump selection, what do you guys think: set back or non setback for this setup?

@Esca I think its a good engine, that setup right - will give you a good package. no haven't had any issues, really happy with it. I sold it a few weeks ago a and the new owner noticed some scuffing on the pistons (engine has a total of 48 hours from new). I talked with some guys about this issue and it seems to come from doing freestyle and the engine ingesting water.
