Freestyle Riddle me this

So I've been having problems with my ski this past week and for the life of me not figure out what's wrong.
I'll go out and it just feels like it's restricted, like it's running at 85-90% and when I turn around to hit my setup wake it will run at like 75%.
I go out yesterday after doing somethings to it and it runs the same but then 5 min of riding it, it starts running good again. I do 6 or so flips and a roll, after the roll it starts running bad again.

I have checked my gas tank for leaks, new pressure valve on the tank, fresh gas, blew out all my gas lines, cleaned my carbs, rePlaced needles, seats and diaphragms, checked reeds, new battery, cleaned my battery connections, I have a second ground running to ebox, checked all my connections in my ebox, checked my timing, new plugs every ride, new coil, checked my power valves, replaced all the o-rings in my head.

Only other things I can think is checking every wire with a ohm gauge. Could something be clogging my exhaust system?

The fact that yesterday it started running good for a short, the started running bad again leads me to think it's a electrical problem.

I'm running ATP flame ignition. A couple weeks ago the pickup went bad and ATP rePlaced it(which they are awesome to deal with btw) sent it from England to Texas in 2 days for free. Replaced the pickup and it ran great for 2 or so weeks now this problem has started. If I had a spare brain I'd replace it but I don't have one. Nor do I have a normal ignition system to replace it with

Happened to me and it was the stator but that was stock electronics.

X2 Thats what I was going to say, sounds like a stator issue, but since u don't have stock electronics, I'd focus on the brain. Remember they can test good cold but when they heat up they run bad

I am running resister plugs and boots. I'm also running a old style x-metal waterbox so I wouldn't think a loose baffle would cause this, I can see the exhaust coming out the back. The ski has run good as is up until now.

I did just check all my wires in my ebox with a voltage meter and one pickup wire( brown)reads 12.91, same as the battery reading, and the other (white/red)reads 10.55. Maybe this is my problem? I turn it over by hand and the brown will very between 12.91-12.88, the other goes between 10.55-10.33

well you've covered about everything. It sounds like electrical to me, maybe a short. only I thing I can add is get one of these,

and check the strength of your spark, I can tell you gap mine will spark across when i get home, I believe it is about one turn in from the picture shown.
and check it mutiple times when you are at the water to see if the spark is still able to jump the gap.

old style x-metal waterbox

this is more then likely your prob... you can check whatever you wont but if you dont check that POS water box you will never know.

i recently had 1 of the 4 magnets fall out of my flame wheel, but it felt like a big power loss.
might be worth popping the wheel and checking.

Nope, ran it with the hood off in the water and out of the water, no exhaust leaks. It will take a couple days to get the new ATP brain so tomorrow I'm gonna pull the waterbox and check it. Might as well get that checked off the list
