Finaly got the ski running how it should. It has a lot better bottom end. I found the low speed screws about half a turn apart from each other causing weird running conditions across the whole rpm range. Also bumped my oil ratio up to 50:1 as opposed to 32:1. All big improvements. Hope to finish getting it dialed in this weekend.

I wasnt trying to flip, just playing with setup wave timing. I think it might have the balls to BF of a nice cruiser wave though :)

what are ur water screws set at?. I'm dying to get out on the water... headed out to the delta tomorrow, but because of the fresh stitches in my leg, i won't be doing any riding. what kind of premix oil are u using? i use redline@ 40:1. was always curious to go a little leaner. i think right on the fuel door, kawi recommends 50:1 or 60:1

Yea, the manual says 60:1. I use either the kawi syn blend or quicksilver syn.
Im not sure on my water settings, I think the bottom is out 1, mid 0, top 1/2. Once the carbs are tweaked in better I plan on playing with the water screws.

Bored to 800cc, freestyle ported, milled stock head, FP limited, gutted water box, skat swirl 12/18 5mm setback, blueprinted pump, TBM cone/sleeve, 650sx nozzle
tubbie 2's, shortened D-cut stocker, JRE straight bars, AC pole. And all the little stuff

I'll try to get some this weekend, I always have the go pro on but usually nothing worth posting up. I plan on having the wife shoot a little video from the boat over the weekend.
