Rideplate question - shredmaster

Anyone have this and can i get your opinion on the ride?

I run one definate improvement on handling and hook up ,carves nice compared to r&d plate and grate ,have to try hard to get it to spin out now not had it out in surf yet so can't comment but I can get decent nose stab off my own set up lol very expensive though

I know where another one is around 250 dollars shipped ,, i just picked one up for cheaper from a friend. Just waiting to put it on and try it!

they ride great, puts the boat on plane instantly. they carve as hard anything out there. 250 is cheap, there 500 new if you could get one. your getting a similar intake to the worx 201, the intake and grate are one piece so even with a busted pump shoe you could still run it.

godocg is the guy you can get one from yamazee. I would have bought his if wife didn't spend most my cash for me. Luck for me a friend in Texas sold me one stupid cheap, i have to drive to Dallas to get it though.

Sid, I have a shredmaster on my Blaster.. the one MACC raced in Dallas and placed 3rd both days on. For closed course I have found nothing better for not spinning out and it turns better then ever. However there is a downfall on the straights.. It likes to teeter on the edges of the plate so you have to ride more forward then usuall or it will throw you off. Trust me.. Its worth it if your gonna race, if not spend your money on a pro tec set up.

Hey Joey trust me I saw it, nice blaster by the way. I was in that race and my Watercross of Texas rideplate was loose the whole race. I made the switch yesterday and plan on testing it this weekend.

Ha ha that's funny in just bought a novi single carb from godocgo! Maybe I should hit him up for ride plate too now. He'd have to be doing a deal for second go back though. Haha

Ok tested the plate.. takes a bit of getting used but man.. IT IS AWESOME... thinking of saving up to get one for my SJ now as well

I had one on my superjet
it cost me heaps to get shipped here. I very quickly pulled it off and sold it for a lot less than I paid for it.
It made the ski very twitchy and was useless in my mind for racing, trying to cross wake was near impossible. It did however have great top speed
