Riding in Oceanside, CA

Hey guys I usually ride up in WA but I have family in Cali so I'm thinking I want to ride there during the winter so I don't freez my you know whats off. What's with Oceanside. Can you ride there anytime of the year in the surf??? Are there any other places around Orange County that let you ride. Oceanside is all I could think of.

You can ride there year round and have pretty good surf. It is one of the only places I know (other than Pismo) where you can ride in the surf anytime and not get busted.
You can ride flat stuff in Mission Bay, Long Beach, Dana Point, and many local fresh water lakes: Elsinore, Paris, Castaic, and the Colorado river is only a few hours away.

Yeah I've got a place in HB that I still call home but lately I've been up in the Seattle area because that's where my girl is. We are thinking of moving back to HB full time and learning that I can ride in oceanside anytime makes me really want to move back, so thanks man. I'll keep in touch!!!
