Well I just talked to a friend last night who has my prop/cone (13/16-3mm with stock cone) set up and is bored to 86mm so I guess 1mm makes no diff cuz his ski hits perfectly.....just fyi....

So for the exhaust:

i will test different settings at the headpipe.
everyone says different so i have to test it myself :)

for the pump:

i measured my stock 61x reduction nozzle

oouter diam. : 88,4mm
inner diam. : 82mm

so if i bore uo to 85mm there will be just a thickness of 1,7mm at the wall.

seems that there is not much left.

Lots of people (LOTS) have done it so it will be fine at 85.

I think the B pipe is 1/4 open on bottom only and the rest closed....I'll look at mine tomorrow just so I can remember at least...and I'll post back...mine snaps!

My biggest concern (we clog here on Lake Erie) would be making sure you have true dual cooling (both in lines to bottom of manifold).

These b pipe turn #'s mean nothing. You adjust the open screw inwards until it gets too hot then go back out a little. Every setup will be different based on size of cooling lines, cooling line routing(parallel dual cooling vs. dual to manifold), water temperatures. Some guys ride in 60 degree water at the warmest while others ride inland southern florida lakes at 85-90 degrees.

If you run one line to the headpipe and one line to the motor, you have different water pressure to the screw. This will require a different adjustment of said screw.
