Last day i got some cr 80 bars and do you some testing. Those can work also. I tried also Crf 250 bars but to me those are too wide and there is not enough room for start stop switch when you cut the bars at the end.

Heres some pics of my set up. Haven't looked back they are so adjustable, I love them!

trim would be easily possible if someone would make some 7/8ths bars with very quick rise bends out of the bracket, leaving longer straight runs in back of the grips

You could just go to this start/stop switch and then have plenty of room for your trim.

But I still don't get it why put a rise in the bars when the pole lifts up to above your head.

only benefit I can see is for flat water rolls. It lets you get the pole lower. But your upper body would still be higher up. You need your upper body to be low. you want to have as much mass closest to the center axis of the ski while rolling.

ive rode it, feels the same.
makes climbing on a pita and thats the only difference i felt.

I'm running the RRP 75mm bars with a modified ProTaper universal bar kit (cut the 7/8ths nub off and swapped hardware for stainless) and love the setup but did notice the same exact thing. But I also cut down my pole again and between that and the extra rise it moves you forward in the tray thus making it harder for my knees to clear the back edge of the tray (note that I'm 6'4"). Even with this the riding benefit is greater than the cons. Biggest is that the rise give me a more natural stance with the pole being lower and away, no more being belly on the pole and smacking the F out of my knee on the turnplate.

I know with the RRP you need to figure something out if you want trim, like the switch posted above or ones like (I think) 0.# is running. But I don't have or need trim so I'm not worried about that. All together I spent less than $100 on bars and the mount to use on my existing Xmetal plate. I doubt those new Blowsion bars and mount will be anywhere close to that.

All good info! thanks for the pics. I talked to Scott at B..w. My next concern is if the Blowsion riser bracket is the same bolt pattern as the xft turn plate. The xft tunplate doesnt have too much metal to redrill.

thats the switch I had to run, just more $ more trouble, cops ticket for no lanyard here as well...Im working on getting some 7/8ths thick strong alum bars made to work with the xmetal clamps and trim, since no one else wanted to,along with some other parts everyone is overlooking that oem sucks and costs way to much
