riva dry pipe removal issues need help

I need help. Im new to the marine world and im having issues with my ski. I noticed an exhaust leak. I found a crack in the exhaust manifold boot. The blue rubber hose that connects the manifold to the exhaust. The problem im having is i cant get the pipe out of the ski to pull the boot off. i can pull the pipe half way out but it then runs in the back of the ski and the manifold port. What do i need to do to get the exhaust out without tearing apart my whole ski and messing with something i cant fix.

if I remember right (haven't done it in a while) remove the hose between pipe and waterbox then tilt the front of pipe up. BUT still remove the electrical box. I have also dremeled some of the lip from beside the hood seal. Someone chime in if my mind is playing tricks on me, its been a while.
Also go NAPA and get 3 1/2 " MARINE EXHAUST hose. It will last forever.

do as Adam said.. remove the EBOX and the bracket on that side.

However when you put a new hose on use a new O ring and use pleanty of HIGH HEAT SILICONE inside that coupler, on and around the O ring and between the pipe and manifold. This will make your coupler last 3 times as long.

Go to www.jetskimechanic and he has a instruction page on it. He said to remove the lip off the manifold.. I didnt do that.
