I have to put a steering cable into this RN I aquired. I have the parts on the pic, just not sure how to mount them. The plastic collar won't close around any of the reduced diameter metal spots as far as I can tell. Which spot does it go? Does the washer go before or after the plastic ring? Am I missing anything else?
