Super Jet RN vs SN Steering Cable with pics!

I couldn't find this info, just lots of questions and some answers. Hopefully this visual reference will be of some assistance to people who arn't sure what they have/want/need. Hindsight, I guess I should have taken some measurements. Maybe I will later.
I don't know if this differs between mfg's, but the crimp is different between the two cables.

1996-2007 RN cable is on top, SN cable on the bottom. This is the pole side. This photo shows how the RN cable mounts differently because it is 'longer'.



Same orientation, still the pole side. This shows the addtional throw found by using the RN cable.


This is the pump side. RN on top, SN on bottom.


And again, on the pump side, the difference in throw.

Just a side note.. the 06-07 cable has the same throw but appears to be a little beefier than 96-05.

I put a 1991 SN cable in my RN with a -2 handle pole and it was a tad long but works perfectly.

That bottom cable looks like the 08+/Fx-1 cable. Measurement is 3 3/4"?

I was under the impression that it was a SN cable. Now you have me wondering if my whole post is wrong. :doh:

X2. That's an FX1 cable. Top and bottom should measure identical between SN and RN cables

Reset your swype. You've done wrong so many times that it learned to do it that way. Reset it.

you know I'm actually not using swype right now. trying out asimilar app called TouchPal and it takes some time to build up my dictionary. in always flashing new roms so. dictionary gets wiped allot and it has to relearn everything again. bit sometimes i just type fast and don't pay attention
