Rocketed superchicken build

I’d like to say I’m the first one to do this, but idk. I got this last at the begining of last spring and after numerous trips to the surf and chasing yachts on the lake it’s hurting. So I decided why not rocker the front and reinforce the whole ski.

I’m not gonna pretend I know what I’m doing I basically just marked every 2” where I thought the rocker should start to the nose and cut straight across. Then with the comination of a ratchet strap and pieces of stir sticks I got the angle of rocker that I think will work the best.

After that I taped the bottom up so I could fill in the cracks with cabosil.

I’m not going to post every time I put a layer down, I might not post on here often. I’m thinking since these hulls are so weak I am going to be making a transom plate like 701 industries made for the wave blaster. I will also make plates for the side since it’d be hard to reinforce the hull without splitting the top deck off. If anyone would be interested once I draw it up and cut it out I can produce some to sell.

It's probably going to be kick a$$ when its done! Every time we have taken my SC out into the waves or on a choppy lake day, we always wished it has just a litttttttttttle bit of rocker.
