A couple layers of 12oz biaxial gonna lay some 8oz over it.

I went ahead and made my transom plates and exhaust outlet today by hand out of mirror finish stainless steel. Gonna be rocking the heartagram exhaust outlet lol.

Got my hands on a full pjs exhaust and head for the build

Sand blasted some parts and maybe went a little crazy with the spray bomb but I like it lol. The motor is a 750 small pin that I picked up.

It’s time to flip it over and work on the bottom. So I finally got to pull it out of the dungeon to see what it’s gonna look like.

In hopes of not breaking this fragile ski in half I added a layer of 1208 to the bottom. I want to add a layer to the sides as well. Then hopefully have to bottom painted this weekend, so I can flip it over and finish the top.

That process is pretty simple, just requires the rockets and duck tape.

Got it flipped back over, gonna get all of the nose finished this week painted and then start
assembling.

Got the front sanded and painted today. I’ll admit I’m not the best at body work so i’ll probably end up sand in it back down and filling in some areas, but for now I just want to get it together to ride.
