Murf - glad you can make it! I met you in Pismo a couple years back (the first event JK put together - you judged) Anyway, look for the skis in my sig...

As for surf in the gulf, its sketchy... mostly wind blown washing machine chop if we are lucky. Could be FLAT too :frown: Hope that doesnt discourage you from making the long haul... see you there

Whats up Neil! Well, it cant be any worse than Lake Michigan (other than the salt). Ive made a few updates to my ski and need some time to get acquainted with it anyway, so its all good. Thanks for the info! BTW is that your ski that Pete rode in Pismo? Looks like it.

I was also hoping that the New Orleans crew would make the trip, but have not heard anything... no news is likely bad news at this point
