Ronjons sold kawasaki jet skis years ago, they had the hanging from the ceiling, they quit years ago, I remember being on vacation and was there trying to buy a 300 back in 89' they were out and the next year I got a superjet, I'm glad they didn't have that turd in stock!

When I drove by Ron Jon today I was thinking of taking a picture of the statue and posting it up sometime. Ron Jon used to have lots of cool sports stuff way back when. Now it's just scary. Cocoa Beach Surf Company next door is a lot better plus the restaurant inside has good food.

If we needed anything like that we always went to Cocoa Beach Surf Co....prices were much better and it wasn't full of yankees with sleeveless shirts and pale skin :jester:

A couple of the surf shops in Mexico that Katie and I were going to go surf at were in some pretty poverty ridden places. We wouldn't even get of the chicken bus in that area.

Grasshopper-ok, not all of Cocoa is ghetto but...I would rather live next to the beach.
I don't mind a tourist trap.
That statue has been here for quite a few years. The windsurfer statue broke recently. I don't know if they are going to fix it.
