Freestyle RRP breather tube technique?

This is the 3rd time in the last 2 weeks I'll be installing (Or in this case fixing) a set of RRP breather tubes. Needless to say it's a struggle every time. I HATE IT. I feel silly asking this on what seems to be an easy task but, do any of you have an easy technique on getting the breather tubes into the RRP pole tubes? How far up the handle pole tube do you put the breather? I've been going about 4 inches and it takes about an hour; a little sweat, and about 736 cuss words...

They're the same size as the tubes themselves and I don't think it needs to go up the tube. I just butted mine up to the tube. A little water may get down there from time to time, but that's okay. I wouldn't sweat it.

I figured out a sick technique last time i had my pole apart. I found an old spring puller for motorcycle exhaust. Its basically a rod with a hook on the end. With your pole base assembled and pole tubes off, just reach the spring puller down and grab onto the breather tubes. Itll hook onto the tubes right under the metal coil of the tube. Pull that sht thru in 2secs and never fight with that bs again.

Slit the first inch and a half to rolll over itself, lots of lube and beer, blunt or broken flat blade screwdriver to help push

Appreciate all the replies.

I just did this on my ninja. Breather tubes 4" inside RRP pole tubes and RRP pole tubes bottomed out on the windows... Will be assembling the pole on this xfr tomorrow.
