Surfriding RRP Light-weight Pole Issues

Shaunsteezy, I'd be interested in purchasing a spacer like yours if your interested? One the missing pinch bolt lock nut possibility I checked my light weight poll I had assembled and installed and It doesn't have them either

For sure contact rrp. All i know is when bare aluminum to aluminum is clamped it wont move period

Regardless of previous issues,these poles are badass. Try and contact whoever you bought it from,thrust sells a good amount of rrp products an email to them may solve your problem.but,based on what you said nothing really makes sense, if it's not too much of a pain pull the pole apart and mic the o.d of the poles and I.d of top and bottom. Obviously even clamping pressure is being distributed so something may be off.

We have not seen this problem before, if you ordered it from us please contact us by phone asap so we can send another set of tubes out to see if that solves the problem.
I run this exact pole on my ski and absolutely love it.

Interesting problem.l went back and looked at the one l installed a few months back.Doing the same thing.Torqued to RRP specs. Be interested to hear the fix for the problem.
