Is there 2 different rrp pivot bolt spacers, the one I got with my billet rrp pole is 2mm longer than it needs to b. is it suppose to b that tight

The SXR pole bracket is larger and the RRP pole comes with 4 bushes new
2 for the superjet
2 for the Kawa based poles.
The superjet based bushes are thinner

Oic noticed there was some play in the pivot bolt when it was in the bushings, I might have the spacer bar for the Kawi rrp pole

call who ever you bought it from and check. They are sometimes a tight fit but not 2mm. U may have billet or cast one they are diff sizes.

Thx guys knew something was up, I ended up sanding the ends down so it would fit, got one side lined up where it needs to b, but the other side won't line up I've hit it with a rubber mallet all I'm going to probably have to cut spacer and get new one, dnt wanna break this base before I get to use it

Mine was a lil long as well. I put it on a lathe and trimmed it to fit..
Have also installed another one on a buddies ski and it was tight but it fit

That's what I'm going to do except I don't have a lathe, guess ill just use right angle die grinder and sanding pad

There ARE two sizes of pole bolt spacers (ie the aluminum tube for running a tight pole instead of a spring), one for bilet poles and one for cast poles. I remember having this discussion when I was ordering stuff from Thrust. I ended up with a red one because it was the only billet sized one they had in stock and I was in a hurry.
I also think that there are different bushings (the hard rubber/plastic ones) because the thin ones I got were too thin and the thick ones too thick, had to shave them down with a flap disk on an angle grinder.

Yeah I know there is, I got the spacer in sanded it to fit snug,
