Super Jet RRP pole help !

I used the specs My dad told me in the late 70's. Turn until it gets tight then just a lttle more.


J/K with ya I am not sure about specs but it works fine.

taken from the RRp instructions,

tighten the 8mm allen bolts in sequance with a 1/4 turn at a time to keep constant pressure (tighgten to 15lb/ft or 2,25kg/m

Pretty much all of the bolts used in watercraft are greased (anti seize, thread lock, etc) from factory to prevent water corrosion. I recommends you to grease those bolts that will be in the water often.

well i guess since every bolt underneath and in the engine compartment has something on it I might as well go through all the bolts on the pole.... gives me a reason to work on the ski tonight. now I just have to wait for (tomorrow) my delivery from Santa (jetmaniac) so i can be all done.....(for now) having carpal tunnel surgery 12/6 & 1/3 so I will be useless for a while.
