RRP Poles

So I have been looking into potentially upgrading to a RRP pole, but I have some questions.

It seems a lot of people complain that they have to be pieced together, what all has to be bought to run one of these? It looks like when purchased the only thing it comes with is the pole. What all has to be bought to run on a SJ, particularly a SN SJ? Also, can it be run on a SJ then everything transitioned over to a AM hull, or would other brackets etc have to be purchased? Last does it work with a steering system such as CF bushing style system, or do you have to run a bearing style system?

Pole, Backet, Steering Stop, Chin Pad, Steering Plate & Bearings, Bolt.......... Everything has to be bought seperatly. Why not just go with an XMetal Pole. Almost half the price and still adjustable.

Well, it seems a lot of AM hulls do not come with hood vents? It seems many suffer with engine bay/hood vacuum with the xmetal.
Buy a hull that the builder actually took the time to engineer a hood liner in the hood design. RRP pole ain't gonna solve an air issue with a heavy breathing motor

You'll need to basically replace from the bracket up to make it work on your square.
The square also has the hooks incorporated into the bracket so you will need new hull side hooks and will have to mount outside the bracket like a RN and will need to move your hood hooks out to match.

If anyone is interested in a tube pole bracket I have made a few extra. Asking $165 pm for details.
