RRP tilt kit Install?

New here, may have bought something that may or may not work. Was wondering if anyone has a how to or a work around to get the rrp tilt kit to work in a blaster 1.

Much appreciated.

Posting some pics of my current project, hoping it will be done by the beginning of summer, all I need now is the exhaust conversion from Rad Dudes, and to get this trim kit figured out.

What problem are you having with the RRP trim kit?
Basically, the tab that comes off the steering ring that controls the trim hits the hull, forcing the pump up about 3/4 of an inch. If I were to rotate it, I'd have to find a way to make a cantilever to push when I pull the trim lever. Mostly just a clearance issue for the way they intended it to go in. Also, I want the trim to force my nose up, not down.

If I were to get a pump set back kit, the 2" it gives me wouldn't be enough to clear the back of the ski. I know these kits are usually for a rickter hull, but I was lead to believe it would work with the blaster too, but I don't see a way to do so.

Have you been able to have it fixed?
No, I may end up returning it and going with a different kit. Waiting on an email from Riva to see if they will accept my return request, which they didn't even include the heim joint for the kit in the first place, so that was nice of them. Can't find anything about an install or find anyone that has successfully done it. Could be just overlooking a simple solution, but I am a new to all this, so a simple solution isn't so simple to me.

For further reference, the back of my ski is stock, hasn't been modified, cut, or anything else that I am aware of, but may have gotten repaired at some point, can kind of see it in one of the pics of the back.. I got a solas 148mm mag pump, which sets in the same as the stock 144mm, so no dimensional issues should come from that.
