Super Jet Rumbling

Was cruising around on my girlfriends bone stock 06 SJ today when I lost power and stalled. Restarted the engine and then when I throttled seemed like a rumbling/vibration coming from under the tray. Got it to shore and looked in however, didn't see anything. Whenever you throttle the vibration gets worse and it doesn't want to go anywhere other than just enough to drag you in. any thoughts?

If it hadn't happened instantly I would have thought it was the bearings.. Looked in the pump and didn't see anything. I will look again.

hope it's not the driveshaft stripped on a 2006 ?

Decided to tear it down and mod it. Will know later tonight when I start pulling it apart Added a thread in the build up section!
