Not sure about your pump situation, but check out your check valve on the tank. Yesterday a buddies ski would bog and die after 20 minutes or so. Check valve was stuck and not letting air back in the tank to let fuel flow out.

No no idea about a vent I didint an here can I get one

I have a similar issue with my tank vent (or check valve as they are also called.) It become locked up and my motor wouldnt run for crap. Definitely get one from @JetManiac. I bought a similar one from Advance Auto parts in a pinch, and that is the one I locked up. Never had an issue with the valves from JM.

Is the problem cavitation or lack of power?

is the motor bogging or is it spinning the prop?

If you are cavitating the motor wont bog, it will rev out. If your bogging the motor is the lack of power. remove the vent on the tank or try a ride with the gas take cap off or loose. (dont tip over). if the problem is gone, its the fuel vent. If its not, you have a carb problem. Judging by how changes to the adjustment screws change the outcome, this sounds like you need to rebuild and re-jet your carb. Also use spellcheck or proofread, its difficult sometimes to help when i cant follow what your doing.

its both she revs when trying to take off I have to do circles to get going if I turn bars to left turn she goes if I try to take off stright she revs an when it gets on plane it moves good no problem then after bout 30 of riding it starts to bog thatys where im at im trying to get all info I can this week before I try again this weekend thanks guys

My cart tank has a vent but it does not flow nearly as mush as the Yamaha ones, i just put one in my trouble sounds a bit like yours.

is English your second language? I'm not trying to be a D*ick. I'm just saying, that would explain a lot. When you're trying to troubleshoot and diagnose a hard problem like this, it makes things a lot easier to use some punctuation. Does your problem start as soon as you get on for the first ride? or does it wait until the engine is warm?
