I've heard of some rumors as well. This one is new to me. As Cody said earlier we were not 100%. The steering was not right which Pat @ x-metal fixed. It had to do with an adapter for the x-metal pole accepting the kawi cable. The second issue was no trim system. The trim arrived and the ski is ready for Josh to start backflipping. Thanks again to Pat for the help. I think some of these companies are scared of the combined efforts and rumors are used to derail interested buyers. I know of two companies that are quilty and if it continues legal action will be taken. Most people know Josh is riding for Trinity and I know of one company owner who can"t stand it. He is using as many ways possible to bad mouth Trinity Composites and is trying to get Josh to ride for him. All I have to say is you burned that bridge. Others are bad mouthing a product they have not seen. I have been involved in airplane design since I was a kid. Planes that are built from carbon to e-glass. Also 5+ years around marine tooling and development. This is NOT my first time with composites. Or building a product from the ground up. Also is not the first jet ski related project. I met Josh and Pat when I made the plugs and molds for EME. Those two were the best thing I got from that whole mess. Josh as well as Brad Lustic have become good friends. Pat is great guy who helped me at Freedom Aviation with many needed metal parts. He helped develop and build one off parts needed to fly the prototype. The three of us have talked for the last two years about what is starting to happen now. Between the three of us we will be able to offer some of the best products on the market. There are many things to come.

It doesnt make since to him to build a SJ hull anymore, as the SXR handles so much better.

you are on glue!!!..maybe for idling up to the lip in the footwells to do a flip, but thats about it..just call it a freeride boat not a surfboat..then ill be happy :censored:

UMMMM SIR? Have you ever ridin a 260lb SXR? :lightning: I didnt think so :pokey:

Honestly, untill you ride this boat, you may not want to go so far with assumptions..... or you may be eating your words.

This is a open invite for everyone to test this boat at the freestyle clinic.:theyareontome:

AS far as surf riding capabality, this boat is pure point and shoot. I have NOT ridden this boat in the surf yet, but have done plenty of VERY Tight figure eights, it whips around just as well as my 270lb SJ.... just does so far more predictably. It handles like its on rails.... IMHO it will do everything a superjet will do.... just 10x better.... It will even slide out, if that is what your really want it to do.

Anyone who misses out on riding this boat--- well that will be your own damn fault :spankme:

one thing cracka......not everyone can afford a 1000cc motor (present company INcluded)

I'd like to test ride the trinity boat with a std. f/s ported 701 or BB

Oh I here ya! Me included.... I want a limited SXR Motor, or even limited 701 in my dream surf boat. :naughty:

With a stock cylinder 701, and stock SXR pump you would be in the 220-230lb range.... that would make for one BAD MUDDER FUGGN surf boat....

you said it yourself..you havent even ridin it in the surf so you have no clue...you act like sliding out is a bad thing for surf riding..:spank:..no offence but that basically shows you have no concept of how a ski has to be turned when it gets hollow..does it still bury the nose like a torpedo??..do me a favor find me an example of good SURF riding (not airs) on an sxr lightweight or not..betcha cant..honestly i really didnt feel like arguing with you about this but all this "Im a know it all" is getting old...let the guy get a few skis out there and let the public decide for themselves..

edit: and you know what i did see a vid of a guy in morocco riding an sxr that was ripping it pretty good..at least he wasnt afraid of the lip

and one more thing..im in NO WAY saying the guy dosnt do good work the boat sucks or anything like that but i dont care how light an sxr is its still not an ideal SURFboat..im sure its great for the guy that rides flatwater most of the time hits some boatwakes everyonce in a while occasionally hits the surf..

Its almost 100lbs lighter then a stock SXR, you got to get that stock SXR (heavy/very poor manueverbality) out of your head, it is a complete different boat once the weight is down.... Untill you ride it, you wont understand..... Josh Lustic will be thrashing all over the Daytona surf.

Bronson...

you need to tone it down a notch bro, your banter is getting tired...
Andrew is right on w/ what he's saying. You are comming off way too hard...

Everyone knows Bobby can build a nice boat... Let the work speak for itself and we all will be better off...
