Welcome Mr. Zacek. I personally was aware of the identity of the individual you referenced, prior to my first post. It is my hope, that if he chooses to utilize a stand-up within another artistic expression at any point in the future, that he associates it with a more positive image, as opposed to one of violence. Many of us recently had a discussion about such public negativity within another thread entitled, “Why Jet Skis Kill”, hence the explanation for my current avatar (a joke).

I personally feel Ross Champion promotes an extremely positive image for this sport, and it is my preference that others model their representation as such, when making high caliber productions to be viewed by countless outside this network. We have had visual negativity circulating online for quite some time. Perhaps said individual can produce something creatively beautiful and positive to counter online visual negativity, such as in the attached link produced by Surfrider Europe PSA...something which would make viewers wish to support what we all love to do. I believe it could be beneficial, if he is up for the challenge.


I hope you enjoy this forum, and that you continue to enjoy riding. I also hope everyone refrains from flaming the old (2006) attached link, for I do not think it would be beneficial, quite the contrary.
