Rusty crank shaft ?

Hay guys i was wondering i blew my cylinder head gasket and water went in the cylinder but i fixed it the next day after a while i was rebuilding my top end and found that my crankshaft was very rusty but its running ok and the bearings and the connection rods are fine
the question is do i have to change the crankshaft or is it fine if i run it like that ?
Ill post pics

Or sell your 62t cases and cylinder in mint condition for good money to get a better motor..

Dude if your crank goes there's a very good chance you'll blow out your cases and cylinder... When my crank went I got very lucky and it only took out a piston. It is not worth the risk.

You can not really inspect the crank well while it is still in the cases. It would be best to remove from cases so you can inspect and turn each bearing separately. Make sure to check inside rod ends for corrosion.

The ski got hit, big hole in the front.

It sunk, Then it sat full of water for two weeks. Wrist pin bearings were actually pretty good, but wrist pins had slight pitting on them. It's getting all new. Not worth running any of those parts.
