yup, I redid the ebox, and only rode in freshwater, then salt was the last. I need to take a pic of it now, it clean, all of the rust was from the starter relay falling apart

Last Oct at pismo I dropt my ski in the water....cooling line instantly popped off and even with bildges I started sinking and overheating. got it to short and fixed it....
I ran first day and fried my cdi...... bought a MSD off a someone there that had a few extras instaled and ran
Crashed and rolled my ski pretty good one time/ no biggy got up and rode more after letting bulges pump out water.
that night at about 3am I woke up to my ski cranking itself over for a long time. jumped up to see what was going on and it stopped. walk over and opened my hood and couldnt see anything from the thick a$$ smoke once getting home and tearing everything apart I got to the Ebox which was still half full of water and looked like this.....

Always disconnect your battery when the ski is sitting all week.

It will cut down on the corrosion if you have some salty moisture in there, and might also save your garage from burning down!

Yes I kawi and yami use the same coil. The relay is better on a kawi (wire on outside). Just put the yami coil or MSD and yami volt reg in a kawi box. Take alittle grinding and working I have done it.

But soon there will be a new easy solution for this.

Can't wait to see the new ebox! It's definitely going to sell very well I'm sure and I know it'll be RAD!

Interested in the new box.....
However, I guess I've been lucky. I've got 8 years on the OEM gasket. And for now it's tight and dry.
I looked around a while ago for new ones but nobody had them in stock. It's not an expensive gasket. I think it was 12 or 13 bux.
If I were a seller, and had some of these, I'd make it known!
