San Diego/Encinitas Help

Hello all,
I am going camping in Encinitas at the San Elijo State Beach campground with some family this summer and would like to bring the skis. Does anyone in this area know if we can beach launch from the campground or someplace close? I have a 4 wheel beach dolly if there is.

Can’t answer your question but the last time I was in San Diego there were several stand ups at Mission Bay.

Your someplace close to launch is Oceanside Harbor or Mission Bay. You will get a big $ ticket for launching a watercraft where you’re not permitted to do so. I know from experience. That campground is like 15 miles from Oside Harbor. Show up at 7am and ride surf with us

Sounds like that might change my plans we have 4 skis and only a 2 place trailer with 2 of the 4 on carts in a toy hauler so might be a pain to shuffle all 4 to and from Oceanside. We'll see.
