since i wont be wrenching on my ski i guess i can cook whatever is needed. should have elk steaks, tenderloin, roast, and ground available. i cant bring a smoker or grill though.

I'm pretty sure that I have read that the kitchens are fully equipped with cookware, flatware, and dishes. I've decided not to bring my entire kitchen. If I can't live without something I will make a trip to the nearest store and buy it.

Would love to try some elk.

I'll be bringing some salmon (caught in Alaska). I don't have a ton of it though.

how do you prepare your venison burgers? ive used an array of recipes on none i loved. egg, pure beef fat, bread crumbs about everything. pure beef fat has been the best. but i have a grinder and process my self.

How do I prepare them? On the grill! :D I haven't had to do anything to them outside of cooking. I'll be glad to fix one for you and let you be the judge.

Process mine myself also. 20% beef fat during the grinding process.

1- lb ground venison, a little worcestershire, a little dales and about six finely ground saltines. make 2-3 patties and put them back in the freezer til firm.

So it sounds like plenty of meat and fish to go around and some sides. Ready to chip in for whatever. Planning on pitching some money to Harrison for catfish and ready to put in on whatever else as necessary. If you have mentioned that you are bringing something im expecting you meant it was to share. Hit me up on pm if you need some supply $. Brande wont eat meat but me and the two kids will tear up some fish/chicken/elk/venison/butts.

Brande says she is making a bunch of her black bean/avocado/cheese dip and bringing lots of tortilla chips.

We will bring a few loaves of French bread and butter them up with some local made garlic butter, wrap them in foil and stick em on a fire for a few minutes.....Mmmmmm getting hungry just thinking about....love bread.

She is willing to make a big salad if people will actually eat it.
