that guy took pictures for like 20 min with this big a lens. he said he got alot of good shots and said he's going to email me some of the others.

the conditions were really good too. super glassy.

i made the paper back in june also but it was on like page 5 and was black and white. not as good of shot either.

i just got a call from a buddy in the cocoa beach area and he said that picture made their local paper as well. he said it was also a big color photo like the one in our paper. i think he said it was the florida today. kinda cool.

Yup, I saw it today. It was in the Florida Today back of the local section. Cool picture. One guys comment was "everyone has gotten so fat and lazy they don't even regular surf anymore." I was stunned and made sure to let him know regular surfing is just sitting most of the time:spankme:

and 99% of so-called surfers are just posers who hog up the lineup tying to be cool... I love the surfer chicks who drive around town w/ surfboards on their roof but never seem to ever take it off when they hit the sand...
