SBN 44's 46's?? how do i tell what i have?

where do i measure them at? is it the top of the carb where the FA bolts on? or at the base where it bolts to the intake?

at the top the ID measures 46.59mm

at the bottom the ID measures 45.28mm

so are they 44's or 46's?

Sound like 46s to me (I think the bottom measurement is the one you go off of).

they are black, the cast in step on the bottom bore is about 5/8" long so i am guessing they are 44's.

i have a stock 701 in my RN SJ, and i am installing a limited chamber
B pipe, should i go by FP jetting specs for stock 38's? all i am looking for is a starting point for jetting so i don't hurt anything!

HMMM familiar set up, I suggest reverse jet 100 main / 110 pilot w/ 2.3 n/s and 95g spring & 1.250 turns out on top and bottom to start. Just my opinion. If they look like factory painted black they are most likely 44's.
