Freestyle scam help

Im seeking help from other riders who may have hit this snag. I found a 300sx for $200 in the daytona area called the seller and told him i would pay the 200 plus the coat to have it shipped. I'm in fort walton area so maybe 6 hours away. I got a money gram sent it to the seller he assured me he wpuld get the ski to me, and now its been a month and i still have no ski. I try to call him and he never answers, I have left messages and still nothing. At this point I'm thinking of going to court to try and get my ski but idk how it works. If anyone can help me figure put what i should do.
Thanks Madoo300

Not to be a jerk, but I would consider that money lost and a lesson learned, it's been a month. Unless you have a physical address and wanna spend the time and gas to go down there and recover your money or try and get the ski.

Sucks man, I'm sorry!

A friend of mine bought a car online overseas a few years ago and sent a pretty large deposit and lost it all as it was a scam.

At this point I'm prolly gunna file to go to court. So next question is anyone have a freestyle hull or a hull I can mod for sale, I'm looking to spend around 500. That's why i was after that 300 sx.
Also would be interested in hull that need repairs or work. Trying to get my first freestyle ski underway. I have a701 motor that ill be dropping in whatever it is.

Yea i have his name, address, phone number and, proof of money gram being sent to him.
I am going to try and call him 2nite, if he doesnt pick up or return the call then ill be calling the court 2maro morning to set it up. Wish me luck happy riding.

I say go down there and put your foot up this guys a$$ and bring your ski home. The court system is a joke and will be a complete waste of time.

In the rental business here, we always say "You can't spend a judgement."

Civil proceedings will probably be a waste of time. Just go kick his ass.

He must have the address?
Didnt he say he mailed a money gram? So he needed the name? i think...
But 110% the address at least....

maybe i read wrong somewhere lol .

Sorry I have never done a moneygram so didn't know what it was exactly, and I said besides his name because I knew he had it, but Sorry again I dont always write things correctly, my bad.
