Screwed up tubbie install???

Heres my Tom21 install, water just seeped in and some imperfections just would seal with silicone. Ended with epoxy
You do turn on a dime and would slide the rear some if it unhooks. Maybe I need a longer rideplate?

Placement looks good, you'd need to ride it for feel. I epoxied mine just to be careful, small cracks can become catastrophic especially with vintage hulls.
I'd had to change my turning style with the tom21's, boat tends to want to sub but that can be corrected with the right amount of power. Oh! and can get abit hairy going WOT on medium chops, something I have yet to figure out. More tray time I guess.
