I just saw on the news that SEA DOO is getting sued because they did not have a warning sticker on the ski that said no operators under 16.
A mother is shifting the blame to SEA DOO. They said that the kid might have seen the warning and not gotten on the SEA DOO. YEA RIGHT!:bs2:
The parents should be responsible. The little girl should be supervised.

I hate seeing accidents like this but......... shifting the blame................like I said:bs2: :bs2: :bs2: :bs2: :bs2: :bs2: :bs2:

yeah, i saw this story... the parents told her not to ride the neighbor's Sea- Doo. The neighbor's teenage son let the girl ride and she slammed into the dock or something. Killing her instantly. The girl's parents are trying to say that a warning sticker would have kept her from riding it... yeah, like at that age I listened to my parents and read warning stickers... :banghead: :banghead:

this is so typical "i didnt do my job as a parent and my kid died......... quick....... find someone for me to blame so i can look at myself in the mirror every morning"

People try to justify doing horribly unethical things like sueing a company that obviously has done more to protect the rider than the rider themselves... It's there way of making something off their own childs death... Lawyers will convince you that you deserve it and that is just sick ans twisted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have no respect for lawyers or people that fall into that trap. The lawyers initiate the crap when people are very down and troubled and it's just preying on the weak IMO

We should have a natoinal beat the hell out of a lawyer day...

i was trying to assume that the parents had some scrap of human in them before i assumed they were just using their dead kid as a paycheck.......... unfortunatly in todays world your scenario is just as likely if not more likely than mine


p.s........... not all lawyers are bad...... this goes back to the personal responsibility thing also..... if u hire a schiester (sp?) lawyer your no better than the lawyer himself........ and i dont buy into that whole "praying on the weak" bit....... u cant talk someone into doing something unless some part of them already wanted to do it themsleves....... these scumbag lawyers just provide them with a means to an end .......... remember for evey bad p.o.s. lawyer out there........ there are a few good ones also....... unfortuantly u dont hear about them cuz it doesnt make good news
