About two years ago I built a seadoo spark powered seadoo speedster and its awesome i love it but the issue it has is the pump is 140mm and its just to big for the pump and it will spin it for the first few seconds and so i started looking for the 951 powered speedster which comes with the 155 pump.
So here is what i found.

It came with a 951 di engine that was full of water and lets be honest when they were running they were not a good thing and so that was in the bin. I picked up a gti 130 for next to nothing as I knew that the 90-110 hp spark was great and so a 130 hp would be better, Yes but then I decided that i was not gay and went back to searching and found this. It was not running but it cranked over just fine and the compressions sounded ok. When i got it home i started probing with a light and found there was no power to the fuse block. I pulled out a fust i didn't need and sent power to the fuse box and got the two beeps of joy from the seadoo and it fired straight up. It ran awesome and only had 188 hours on it. So it got the treatment all sitdowns need.

Now that the hull was empty it was time to hit it with the sex saw and remove the bottom out of it. The ski was all cleaned up with help from my mate Mattie. We may have drunken a few beers during this operation

And yeah it did. I wanted to make sure the motor would go lower than the driveshaft. We can always shim up. Shimming down is hard
I attached the dummy engine to what was left of the sit-down ski and so i can lower it into the hull and glass it in
