I did up a quick teaser last night from just one of the clips we shot. I collected up footage from Mine, Scott's and Jim's helmetcams and hope to get to editing them this weekend. Bear with me I don't have much free time during the week.

This is from just 1 of 9 sessions we filmed on saturday.

I just watched the vids you guys posted thus far!


Dan, I liked what looked like the “canal tag team” in one of your vids!

Chris, I can’t wait to see your vid as well! I have a wicked looking bail of yours (you were coming down from a pretty big air…looked like fun).

Boyer, you looked as if you were truly having the time of your life out there filming (I hope you come back down soon, and have time to ride when you do). Take your time on the edits and enjoy the process…thread’s not going anywhere! I hope to have some of my pics up by next week.


That was seriously a beautiful weekend all the way around (we may even hit 80 degrees today in central)! Thanks again Brian!! I’ll help any way I can next time, and I’m sure others will too! :brap:

Where are the rest of your pics from the boat?

Josh has my gopro disc, he couldn't get it to work on his computer. I haven't got it back yet to try myself.

:scared:...Oh no! I hope your disk is okay!!! When will you be getting it back? You also seemed as if you were putting extra effort into filming, as opposed to just riding for yourself.

Sorry…I was goofing off in Torr’s thread today and didn’t see your post.

I’m still editing, but basically taking a break for now since I was looking at them for so long this past week…want to keep it fun you know (was going to come by your house today to shoot, but I laid out in the sun here instead)! I’m happy with what I managed for the amount of time I was out there! I did learn it is challenging to shoot from a boat (camera shake, swells).

Thanks Suzi, I didn't spend any more time on it than I had to. LOL

I lost some footage along the way after I renamed some files but it's so repetitive anyways I didn't think anyone would notice.

the song is "Into the Ocean" by Blue October.

I finished the edits last night and then donated them to Wetracer Magazine, because I thought what Brian of Thrust did was really commendable. They will be in this next issue about to come out. I imagine I will eventually do something else with the ones not chosen, for you guys looked really good out there!

I decided to give them to Wetracer Magazine first (other than the few I posted already as a preview), especially since the magazine is marketing internationally, and this was a ride to benefit those still suffering within another country (seemed appropriate). I will put the pics up at some point after the magazine has had ample time to circulate, in some format making it possible for others to donate additional funds to Brian for the cause, if they choose (for that devastation will be ongoing for quite some time to come). I’m honestly very sorry to make you guys wait, but I imagine I will snap other pics in between now and then which I will be able to post before these, so just go big again when I'm around next. :brap::brap::brap::brap:
