Roo, that motors gonna look awesome. You should of cut that boss off the cylinder and blended in the casting lines. Did you round off all sharp edges that got coated?

nah - to much time / effort... i'm building this motor for a 2 day event. i want to invest as little time possible into this...

$130 for the cases and cylinder. he hooked me up on the water box because i originally wanted a color he was having a hard time getting which delayed things 2 weeks - had to end up switching to this blue.

plus no way to get it back - we are driving a cargo van down with my ski in the back.

taking delivery of my friends Trinity hull and my XS1000 and stuffing it all in the van! :bananajump:

like this? its tough to make three fit. we took the wheels off a stand to make it work and all skis had to have the hoods off. never again. Should be easier for you with just hulls though.

ugghh...not really. i was in the back for 5/6 of the time....(i drove 1/6 of the leg lol).
