It looks to me like he is doing vacuum infusion. He is not using a resin impermiable hose like mti so instead he is using a catch pot to protect the vacuum. It looks like he has likely used the pots for multiple infusions prior to cleaning it. Each infusion has resulted in another layer of resin that appears different. Hes holding a piece of resin lasanga.

Well said above vumad. As I look at it I try to remember what parts I turned what colors. Reason it makes it to the pot is cause I sacrifice resin rather than having multiple ports I can turn on or off. The pot was getting heavy to lug around I just use release on the inside of pot. Those are my learning layers till I found out better flow methods and setups.
