See Mister Ho Remanufacture a Shot Piston and Rev the Engine to the Max!

Installs Motor with no Air Leak Down Test, no Compression Test. Just Sends It!

I guess He gapped the Rings :D

Will it pass the 10 second Test?

Then He rides the Jetski ALL DAY LONG up and down the River with One Rider, then Two Riders, and then Three Riders! o_O

See Minute 2:02 for Piston Reman. See Minute 15:26 for 3-Up riding. In ya face!

I was looking closely and it looks like Mr. Ho is hand cutting his gaskets on this one... Pause it on that head gasket he puts on, you can tell. Looks like ass! That looks like some real crap material too.
Is Mr Ho in Vietnam? I never really looked, seems like someone said Vietnam in the last video posted.

Any American doing the same work in the 1950s would have been considered very talented. From what Ive seen, few jetskiers can match this guys craftsmanship.
Honestly I’d say about 5-10% of the entire jetski community is actually well versed and experienced with building skis/motors. All you have to do is go on Facebook to witness what I mean.
There’s like what 40-50 guys on this site that are active anymore that can give solid advice?

Theres about a million goobers on Facebook with 550’s spewing sped information
Compared to them mr.Ho is Einstein I’d say
It’s more of a shame no one seems like they want to learn anything anymore

It reminds me of the guys rebuilding starters and clutches in Pakistan. Or keeping cars on the road with boat parts in Cuba. You just make due with what you've got.
That rounded head and off center exhaust port have me thinking Suzuki engine.
