Seized Bedplate Bolt

I have just one bedplate bolt that is stuck. Im not really sure how I got the other ones out because they were all a pain and seized in there (pretty much all my motor bolts were seized). The bolts looked fairly new and shiny and say "8" on them as Im assuming it means grade 8 bolt. Ive tried drilling it out (with penetrating oil) and it just stops once it gets to a certain point and I cant drill from the other side because to me it seems like the metal is too hard and none of my bits will even dimple it.Ive also tried vice grips. I guess I could try using our torch, but im not sure if that would help?

good penetrate and a torch. If that doesn't work try the torch and a quick shot of endust turned upside down on the bolt before you try and brake it loose.

you gotsta wiggle the bolt back and forth, after heating the case (not the bolt). when it wiggles free, you can start unthreading and apply heat as necessary.

Ill try some of that and some heat (maybe fire hazrad?:Banane36:)

Actually it doesn't flame. I had a torch on it a couple days ago and no boom boom. Maybe I got lucky. I'll check the label. Knowin my luck, I say that and you blow up something, and everybody laughs and points the finger at you.

OK, it is flammable, but says "high flashpoint formula"
