Frostys rides great and he is def the man, but I agree it will kill the resale price and willl cost you a ton and a a lot of work. Just shortened my pre 08. I have about 3500 into the hull, without paint. Frosty has more. that said we both love the way they ride.

that crazy money to spend on a stock hull when you can get a turn key AM hull with hood for 5k that will be so much lighter and handle better (and not to mention looks!)

blah... blah.... blah..... DO IT!! I took 5 inches off the back of my 08 and it made it better all the way around! More flickable, slidable, carved like a madman!!! I also had tubbys on there and a custom fab ride plate. ALOTTA work to do it right but I do think it is worth it!!
