shorting hull -3

what i was think is like jeff currys invy hull how its like flush in the back. like if you just cut it at the same angle when you shortin the hull and than just seal it somehow from the inside??

ok now look at the ex in this pic can you just cut the ex tube when you cut the hull?? just an idea.

But if you just cut the exhaust tube, your footholds are still really far back in the tray. I think it would be best to scrap the tube and move your footholds up a few inches to compensate for the shorter hull.

I don't know what he's using for exhaust tube.
Most Superjets have the standard aluminum / steel tube with flange at the end.
Sure, you can cut it off, but how are you going to seal it to the back of the hull without the flange?

I'm with Matt_E... I think you'd want to have the exhaust tube out of the way to be able to work from the inside.
