Should i pull my motor to have it ported

Hardly... he said he wants to bore it out too so he'll need piston kits as well. I'd leave porting to professionals. Then resale value is better when they know a pro did it and not a botched garage job (not saying OP will botch it, but you know what I mean)

Resale- I doubt many people are considering that with mods. I know I don't, selling isn't what I do. I didn't see the plans for a bore as well, in which case the jetmaniac topend is indeed a good idea.

I did say I was going to bore but not in my first post, and i don't know if I'm concerned about resale value
I don't plan on selling it only because I bought it as a bone stock hull and motor so I've got too much into it plus it's my first standup
