my buddy picked up 2. one with bpipe, head, prop, steering mods, bars, grips, A/m lever. and a bone stock one. you could eat off the engine in both of them. with a double trailer. $2500. location does matter, but if somebody offered you $1500-1800 id take it

Haha...no, but I did grab a mint X2 over the summer for $250 and got the guy to throw in different bike for my daughter lol

This is a great area, small surf but the other coast is a short drive.
