Im redoing my blaster also. Is that a hydro turf kit that goes on the side of ur blaster?

No it wasn't a kit. I bought a couple sheets of the turf and cut it out myself. I know there are some threads on turfing the footwells and rail. Not to hard to do though

I have two layer of turf on the actual seat top and and just one layer on the sides. I used that expanding foam in a can. I think "tthe great stuff" or something like that for filling in cracks and insulation @Quinc

Next time you should consider hydroturf under pad and shaping it with a DA. Great Stuff is basically a sponge. It looks great though.

That's how I did mine @Vumad one layer on the base and one layer of the diamond over the whole thing.

Almost finished. Needs throttle, tune, turf.

Worked great until crummy sbt headgasket went after 45min ride. Going to check head/deck surfaces.
It was just a rebuilt 6m6 ported 701 190psi

It was 80 out, but the water was more like 50. I know i should prolly just drop my HPE in there, but this 6m6 ported motor has been my favorite cheap engine. I should have retorqued the headbolts after heat cycling. I may try an oring head while my new motor is in transit.
